COLOR CORRECTIONS
Over time, vintage photos fade and lose their vibrant colors. The shading cast of discoloration can be an indication of the brand of film that was used. Kodak film had a slight yellow, orange base while Fuji film had a slight blue base.
Serious photo discolorations may occur due to being stored in a humid environment, or from surface damage that expands.
